Rather unorganized and lacked structural components. The company lacks a formalized HR presence. On me last interview I was informed I’d been awarded the position and an offer letter would be sent shortly. After a week and a half of follow up with the recruiter I finally received a declension letter. I’m completely accepting of not being awarded the position, but do not tell candidates you’re hiring them, then ghost then for over a week only to finally inform them that you went a different route. Very unprofessional.

Interviewer was not interested at all, seemed rushed, was reading questions of paper instead of engaging in conversation. Was told she would be in touch, never heard back - if they don't treat my time as valuable, I don't want to work for them!
