I responded to a job posting on Career Builder for a customer service position. When I arrived I was told there was no future in the company for customer service people and that what they really needed was door-to-door sales people to sell windshields. The hiring manager told me he wouldn't waste my time but went on for 10 more minutes trying to sell me a position I clearly stated I didn't want. The position is purely commission based.
