During my interview process, I sat down and interviewed with the Director of Front Office along with the Guest Service Manager. After the interview was completed, I was escorted by the Guest Service Manager to meet with the General Manager.

in person interview with Front office manager. some situational questions like "what would yu do if you have a difficult guest" mostly were looking to find someone with the personality needed to deal with all types of people

Entretien
I interviewed first with the Front Office Manager, then then HR Director, then the General Manager. All three asked fairly standard questions and were welcoming. I did all the interviews within a week, and an offer was made with no potential for negotiation. It was fair enough, so I moved forward with the process and overall have been quite pleased with the experience and subsequent interviews for internal transfers that follow the same pattern.
