Interview process started with connecting with a recruiter at my university's career fair. I was able to talk to the recruiter for about 10 minutes about my experience and interests to get an interview for the next day.

It was a panel process with people of similar job titles, it took a few hours. HR was very organized with the schedule. The interview was pretty conversational and welcoming.

Initial contact was at a career fair; phone interview with HR followed, then a day-long process with a plant tour and three hours of behavioral interview questions from engineering department heads and other "bigwigs" at corporate office. Not for the faint of heart.
