I applied and was called a few days later to set up an interview. The interviewer was very friendly and asked me why I was applying, about a couple of my previous employers, what my greatest skills and weaknesses were, what was my greatest accomplishment, and about what my top favorite bands were. It was a pretty short interview and very comfortable.
