The interview was very clear, and welcoming. The HR department is great, very helpful and informative of the Hospitals standards. We went over my previous employment, why I wanted to work for Methodist. The interview was not short at all, but I felt very comfortable with asking questions. Meeting the department heads were great as well, they were very clear on how the department works, and their standards.

Hr called and did a screening. Then set me up for an interview with hiring manager. That was very comfortable. Basically tell me about a time …… questions. Not hard straight to the point

Very through. They asked about all my experience and then some. They want to know that you know the role and expectations. They have zero tolerance for bad work ethic.

Submitted tons of resumes. Got call for in person interview after 1 month. Terrible experience. Recruiter gave me directions to park in garage that is knowingly full every afternoon. Why give instructions to park here if you know it is full? Called recruiter and she gave directions to 2nd garage. So hot outside and super annoying. By the time I got to the interview, it was clear they already had an internal candidate picked and they were simply interviewing to meet recruiting numbers. Received automated email stating I didn't receive position. Very disingenuous and tacky. At least send a personal email. I've found Methodist to be one of the most unpleasant interview experiences. They also should realize it is an employees market so they have very little room to be arrogant.
