Non-Technical interview for a very technical role. Among the other graduates being interview were many non-computer science graduates of history and philosophy for example. The focus therefore wasn't on technical aptitude by basic professional skills.
IBM HR staff sat everyone in the same conference room and issued and simple IQ test after which we were ask to complete several group exercises. One involved picking the best of a number of possible investments for a business and another planning a party. The focus of the assessors was how we each participated in a group!
My advice to future candidates is to just focus on getting the group tasks done instead of trying to mange your group most of whom have their own agenda. Don't waste time herding cats just get on with the assignment and hopefully get through to the next stage.

Went to selection centre where there were two group exercises and a confirmation IPATO test
Went to assessment centre for 2 interviews and another group exercise as well as a role play presentation and an email response test.
