First two telephonic interviews , HR and Then Technical with the Hiring Manager . Onsite interview , 4 sessions with two persons in each group , lasts about 30-40 mins each . They expect you to give a technical presenataion to a group to 15-20 people. All the questions are situation based response type and are conducted in very friendly settings .
