It was a virtual process with five interview panel. Each took turns asking a series of questions related to the field. I answered based on my experiences and we discussed compensation.

Phone Interview, Job Test, Interview with Curriculum dept....I wish I had read interview reviews prior. My experience was very similar to what I've now read...person conducting phone interview left dead silences to the point of being uncomfortable. All of the questions were very straight forward.
