Received call from company HR. Entire process took 10 weeks. Interview process was as: 1.1st Round-- Screen from HR regarding job profile, experience and salary expectations 2 2nd Round-- Face to face round with Service delivery manager at the Noida Office. 3 3rd Round-- Face to face round. Interview/interaction with Company Director. Interview process was good until it came to the offer roll out as they wont pay you much salary hike. HR didn't informed initially about the budget which they are carrying for this profile. After going through multiple rounds of interview they said that there is not that much budget. Being as a small company don't expect much salary from them.Taking location of the company into consideration, it is a no go place as they do provide transport facilities.
