Got a call from the company HR. After taking all details he arranged a call with Hiring Manager. The HM explained the requirements and also understood my skills, background, expectations. He was quite interested in my profile. Round 1 Zoom call was scheduled with a Senior Technical guy. This round included C/C++ concept, Design related, Algorithms, 3-4 different problem solving programs. Duration 1-1.15 hrs. After positive feedback, In next couple of days Round 2 zoom call with Manager & Architect. Questions were based on Design, problem solving, Program efficiency, puzzles. Duration 1 hour HR called and said result is positive. Will update me next steps shortly. Then after no response for a week called him. Was shocked to hear that I have little experience in C Language then C++. I dont know if the HR really understood what he was talking. I have worked on different products with C for 4 years then almost 5 yrs in C++. Really dont understand getting hired at Senior Technical lead this really matters. How about the 9 years experience in Networking and telecom? Would recommend people not to waste time with these guys.

3 rounds of technical interview followed by one managerial round. Two of the 3 rounds of technical interviews are conducted by existing employees and one round is conducted by the client.
