Whole process took 2+ weeks, 3 stages. First: phone interview, very friendly and competent Recruiter. Second: 2 onsite interviews, one after another. Third: 3 skype interviews, one after another. Then: references check and offer (generous one). All people I met and spoke to were very friendly, professional and helpful. This were not a standard question-answer interviews, more a chat about the job and my background. Recruiter took care of myself through all stages, was in constant contact with me, I could feel that they are really interested in taking me on board. This was so far the most pleasant recruitment process I participated in.
