Terrible Hiring process with a not so professional HR who connects with you. I do not even have an idea how they found out about me, and said we would like to interview you for the role of data scientist. The unprofessional calls me early in the morning at 8 am and asks me to send my resume, I told him I would do it in 30 mins, and 2 minutes later he just forces me to send my resume. 5 minutes later he calls me back and says congratulations we have shortlisted your profile and says round 1 of interviews are about to happend at 10 am and when I told him I have a meeting at 10 am he asked me to take it right away. Imagine a person who has worked late up until 1 am, and after 7 hours of sleep has been asked to take a test for which he is not prepared, shows how unprofessional this company is, during the call, the HR asks me about my salary expectation and I quote him double my salary range as I was looking for a switch and he tells me we cannot offer so much for a person with just 2 years of work Experience and can only offer me what I am getting paid currently I dropped the call right away. He calls me back and asks me to complete the test. Test Structure: 20 MCQs - 10 on Python, R, Data Science - 10 on IBM Cognos Connect (A tool which I didn't have any idea about) I got the 10 questions on Python, R, DS all right but couldnt answer any question related to IBM Cognos Connect. the HR calls me back and yells at me asking how I got only 10/20. upon telling him that I have no idea about the IBM tool. He tells me that I haven't met the required passing criteria but would still like to go ahead. Upon hearing this I realised there is something fishy, I could just get through the interview with ease even if I sat without answering. I glanced through Glassdoor and other sites and saw some prett terrible reviews of this company and decided not to even attend the next round of interviews that were scheduled without my consent.
