My process was quick, I was given an offer in three days.
I applied through a reference, had an interview with the recruiter, the next day an interview with the practice director and third day with the VP and HR

Entretien
3 stages- first i had a screening call (Recruiter found me on LinkedIn and reached out), then with HR, and finally with my future line manager. Was friendly and informative. A bit discrete with salaries which was unnecessary.
Interview process was smooth. They responded pretty fast and released the offer in two weeks. They took two rounds of interview, one was technical round and second was hr discussion regarding salary and benefits.
