Questions d'entretien chez Innerface

This intrerview process was choppy, unclear and lacked professionalism. I spent almost 2 months jumping through hoops with zero honesty and feedback on the process. I constantly had to check in and follow up with them failing to live up to their promise. They promised to have a decision made by mid December and I never heard back. I finally got an answer when the recruiter called and they said they made an offer to someone else WEEKS ago without letting me know I wasn’t chosen. It was a complete waste of time and energy.

Horrible Interview Process. Consisted of contact by recruiter, multiple phone interviews, in-person interview at area airport. This was horrible because of the lack of availability of not only the recruiter working for Innerface, but the staff as well. They took almost three weeks to get back to me after final interview to let me know they are hiring an industry "veteran" to relocate to the territory. This was never discussed once throughout this long process. Stay Away From Innerface!!!

Staffing agency called for phone interview. Then had in-person interview with two people from staffing agency, then interview with company and tour, then interview with GM of company. Staffing agency called with offer same day of last interview.
