J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Innodata
Entretien
Even though I did not get the offer the interviewer never smiled or showed any enthusiasm, and her answers were vague enough that it left me with more questions. I had a bad impression of her from the get go but decided to do my best.
I thought maybe it's because she had a long day of interviews and she just wants to get it over with. But the attitude she displayed was very unprofessional from start to finish. She barely introduced herself in the beginning and went right to the questions. She only told me where is located and her name.
Towards the end she cut our interview short by 10 minutes and said the recruiter will get back to me without asking if I have any questions. When I mentioned I have some questions still, she goes "I only have time for 1 more question". Would you want to work for this manager? I wouldn't.

Entretien
It was overall a very disorganized process. A bit of a headache. The recruiter was very disorganized and not good at communicating. He did a poor job of explaining the role and company.

Very professional, efficient, and everyone had positive attitudes! The process was very fast and I found every participant to be active, knowledgeable, and kind. It was mainly over zoom and phone calls.
