Applied for position, Asked to come in for a face to face and whala. Sent to take drug test, filled out a few paper. Told to start work the following Monday.

I applied for the job online. I was contacted by the HR within a week and first round of phone interview was scheduled. The first round was with the HR and it was the standard HR questions like "tell me about yourself, how did you know about this opportunity and where do you see yourself in 5 years". I was selected for a skype interview a week after that. I was interviewed by two of the company's tech leads and one department manager. It was basic questions inquiring my interest in automation and elaborating my experience in the field.
- No difficult or unexpected questions but they scrutinized every word on my resume and asked questions from that.

Sat down with 3 interviewers and it flow the normal way. The whole interview process took 30 minutes at most of the questions were personality oriented. Technical questions were really not asked. Mostly they wanted to know how much drive you have and if you are willing to learn. All in all the interview was very relax and informal.
- They asked to talk about yourself . Then they asked about some of your weakness and strength and finally some technical questions.
