Week 1: Applied via LinkedIn jobs. Scheduled 45 minute video interview with Search Partner. The Search Partner is among the best one’s I’ve encountered, asked great questions, provided excellent information about the company, and role, and provided timely follow-up post interview which is a rarity in today’s HR recruitment process/cycle of today.
Week 2: Scheduled 30 minute video interview with VP. The VP asked basic questions barely using up 10 minutes of time, i.e. what do I do for fun? How do I take notes? Am I OK with travel? I asked a bunch of questions using the remaining time.
Week 3: Received notification of rejection for the role.
