The Search Partner is among the best one’s I’ve encountered, asked great questions, provided excellent information about the company, and role, and provided timely follow-up post interview which is a rarity in today’s HR recruitment process/cycle of today. Week 2: Scheduled 30 minute video interview with VP. The VP asked basic questions barely using up 10 minutes of time, i.e. what do I do for fun? How do I take notes? Am I OK with travel? I asked a bunch of questions using the remaining time. Week 3: Received notification of rejection for the role.
