The interview process was fairly easily. They have a list of prepared questions they ask all candidates and then score you for each one. I was asked 6 questions. Only one was technical in nature. The rest asked about my experience, how quickly I learned, and obstacles I've overcome. They were all typical interview questions.

Entretien
I applied to the position online. Then couples weeks later, got an email about screening as the next hiring process. The human resource person was really nice and quick with email reply.

Basic back ground experience check and general questions.
GHOSTED!!!!! Applied and received a call from an internal recruiter. Then scheduled a call with the hiring manager. Then scheduled a meeting with the hiring manager. Then the company turned into a ghost. Candidates can accept not receiving an offer. Candidates cannot accept zero communication unless of course it is to the benefit of the company to communicate. Word gets out and I plan to make sure my word gets out to my very large base of engineers.
