GHOSTED!!!!! Applied and received a call from an internal recruiter. Then scheduled a call with the hiring manager. Then scheduled a meeting with the hiring manager. Then the company turned into a ghost. Candidates can accept not receiving an offer. Candidates cannot accept zero communication unless of course it is to the benefit of the company to communicate. Word gets out and I plan to make sure my word gets out to my very large base of engineers.
