O processo consiste em uma dinâmica em grupo, nesta etapa, foi dividido em uma parte de apresentação, atividade coletiva e uma atividade individual técnica sobre o ramo. Caso passe para a próxima fase, será uma entrevista individual.

Multiple zoom calls with a mix of technical questions on my previous research projects, in addition to a bunch of behavioral ones. I applied online and it took around 3 weeks between interviews to hear back.

First round Screening interview, lasted ~30 minutes. Fairly standard. Second round interview with 3 members of the team I would be working with. Lasted 1.5 hrs. While they did ask about my background, the focus was on work style + cultural fit. Questions were exploring situational responses, with several follow ups after my initial responses. Overall the interview was very comfortable, and felt more like a conversation. Generic interview questions were not a part of the second round, so be prepared with examples from your work history.

The interview process was made easy, and all concerns I had were dealt with in a good manner. They made me feel very comfortable and their friendliness contributed to the easy process.

My interviewer was quite nice. Although she was rather late to the call she apologised after and the interview was very conversation-like. There was no portion on theory tested and she let me know the intern scope at the very start of the meeting.

Applied via IFF webpage. HR came back to me for a short discussion to see if there is a match for what they were looking for. The 1st interview with the hiring manager for the position and 2nd with further team members.

3 interviews 1 hour! 3 steps. Kind interviewers and possibility to negotiate the proposal. It was a good process and the HR and Supervisor were friendly and handled the whole process very well. The company provides benefits such as the first month of an apartment if you are moving to another country.

When in to the security desk and asked to speak with the production supervisor. The supervisor came and got me and took me into a room where i was asked simple interview questions. Interview lasted about 20 mins.

Initial interview and phone screen with hiring manager, then panel interview with several engineers with a mix of behavior and technical questions, then on site interview with several different technical sessions, as well as a review with several site managers

Had an excellent introductory phone screen with a nice Hungarian lady followed by a very average interview with the hiring manager and one of the long-term IT guys already working in the department. The real problems came with the last interview with the department director, who was a classic Lumbergh type. Obviously knew nothing but buzzwords and asked weird and inappropriate technical questions. completely fake demeanor with many red flags. In the end, the company ghosted me, so it was probably just as well that I didn't get an offer. Would not recommend.
