Interview followed a STAR structure, they wanted you to know the company mission, vision more than interested in your background and experience. I subsequently found that they already had an internal candidate who got the role and were never looking to hire out for this, so a 2 stage interview process was wasted. They never gave me feedback as to why I was unsuccessful given I requested twice.
