Not much to say about interview process. Typical for the field and not really that difficult. It really depends on your area and who the owner of the franchise is or if it is corporate owned.
very informal and quick. didnt have any issues with talking or connection points seems like a quick program for seasonal work during tax time and thats good for a lot of people in a small town that need qucik work during the off season

Scheduled an interview and showed up. Interviewer had to type out my responses on their portal. Had typical questions such as how would you describe customer service and your top 3 strengths and weaknesses.
Straight forward, really technical and I had to take an exam to show where I stood on the information being applied. if you have a background in accounting or entry level is a good place to start.
