I was sent a test that tested my logic, reasoning and language skills after sending in my resume. I was invited to speak with a recruiter, who was very kind and supportive throughout the whole process, consistently checking in with me before and after the following rounds of interviews (3 more after the recruiter, with the last two being members of the executive team). It really felt like they were investing a lot of time and effort into finding new grads for several positions, and the supportive atmosphere was amazing! There was an analytical case study type interview after the recruiter interview. During the other three interviews, the interviewers asked behavioral questions along with more general questions to learn about my background.
