    I received the offer through a Jive employee based in France. I applied through Jobvite and then had 5 interviews through Vidyo. All went very well, everyone was very nice to me.

    I went through a 6 interviews process. The first interview was with the HR and we talked about my motivations and skills. Then, I talked with consultants and managers about the job position, my past experience and my personality. If they asked me about what I did in my past companies they put a stress on understanding who I am and how I work : they really wanted to know if I could match with the spirit of the company.

    Entretien

    6 interviews with HR and with people from France, UK and the US. I first talked with the HR in order to give them more details about my past experiences and my skills. Then I went through 5 interviews with consultants, managers and directors. The vast majority of the interviews were phone interviews because of geographical reasons and were focused on me and the way I see things and, of course, on my ability to potentially achieve the tasks linked with the job position. It wasn't a stressful process : the people I talked with were very attached to understand if my personality could match with Jive's spirit.
