Entretien

After completing a phone-interview/screen I was offered an in-person interview. The in-person interview consisted of four 1-on-1 interviews, lasting about 30 minutes each, with a variety staff members in various positions/roles. This helped me to understand the variety of ways in which the role I was interviewing for would impact the company. I quickly got an appreciation for the dedication of the staff to business and furthermore, to their fellow employees, in supporting data-driven decision making.

    I applied through the traditional (and these days sometimes futile) method of submitting my resume to the position. Within a week I heard back from HR (which reflects the fact that they are absolutely listening and are on top of their resumes.)

    Following a brief phone chat with an HR rep that had clearly spoken with the hiring manager, an interview was scheduled. The interview consisted of meeting with five individuals associated with the role - including the reporting manager, as well as co-workers, and senior level individuals. The interview itself was very comfortable - honest back and forths with the interviewees. It wasn't stressful for an interview in that it was clear that everyone involved wanted an honest conversation and evaluation on both sides.

    Hiring and on-boarding went very smoothly - they treated me well and I felt very welcomed coming online.
