Entretien

The process was relatively comprehensive. I met with five different management and executive stakeholders from different areas of the business, including Professional Services & Sales. The interviews were held individually, either face to face, on Skype and over the phone.

The interviewers themselves all presented a consistent view of the role, it's importance to their area of the business. This painted a complete vision of the role over the course of the 5 interviews. This clarity was very positive and also each interviewer was relaxed and enthusiastic during the process, which I beleive is a reflection on Jive as a company.
