    I was asked to do a Skype interview with the IT Early Developmental recruiter. It was an absolute pleasure speaking with the recruiter, really made me excited. I was given a Hackerrank assessment. The questions were fair, but I had some internet issues and lost a good chunk of time. I do not expect to proceed to the next step, but I am grateful for the opportunity.

    Had an initial phone screening with recruiter. The interview was very pleasant and insightful. Received a HackerRank assessment and needed to complete it within a week. I had internet trouble as it kept disconnecting and reconnecting, and lost a good chunk of time. The questions were fairly easy to complete, but I could not as I did not have enough time. I do not believe I will get a call back.

    On the first day I went through 2 interview rounds, 1st was technical and 2nd was technical + behavioral round. After clearing these 2 rounds, they asked me to appear for 3rd round a week later. 3rd round was also technical + managerial. I have performed very well in all 3 rounds, but again a week later when I asked for feedback, they gave below irrelevant feedback. "The candidate is having more Infra experience than Application Development experience". Now this was totally indigestible because all three rounds were about technical development abilities, and none of my resume part was indicating any Infra related experience.

    I applied online and received a call back in about a week to schedule a phone screening. The phone screening was basic questions with about 3 questions from the managers that was given to the recruiter. Basic questions were, when can you start? Why are you looking for a different job? Would you be willing to travel? The recruiter could not answer any technical questions about the position.
