After doing a short 5 min call and a longer 45 min call with a recruiter, I was completely ghosted. HR says that they would like a better reputation within the company but it's obvious that they do not care about treating applicants with respect.

Had the initial phone screening, went over your standard questions. This was followed up with a in person meeting with the regional. Lastly had a 4 person panel interview. It seemed intimidating at first but as we settled in, the interview went smoothly.

Had one phone screen with the recruiter, then an in person interviews with the product manager and the general manager for the line, finally a video interview with other product specialist on the team. Completely ghosted by recruitment team after three rounds of interviews, not even a perfunctory "we went a different direction"

The interview was held over zoom after the initial phone screen. One of the team members was a little late so I chatted with one of the members for a bit first. After that it was a pretty standard interview and questions. Nothing out of the ordinary

Required several rounds of interviews to meet with all team members. Interviewer did not have a very positive outlook on the company on position. Overall everyone was very nice and accommodating.

The Interview Process was really Easy,Answer some questions thru the phone if you qualify you get a scheduled Interview. The Interview was very informative and Detail oriented to get you to understand your position,salary,benefits.

Initially good, then communication stopped. When I asked for an update on the hiring process: silence. The senior leader of the team was condescending and asked irrelevant questions that had nothing to do with the role. For a company that has been around so long, they need to improve their talent acquisition process because they still lose out on great future employees who will go to their competition.

They seemed to try to “dissect” me, almost in an intimidating way. It was strange. The questions seemed to lean more towards personality/psychological functions, as opposed to what I can bring to the table as an employee. Not to mention the personality quizzes they make you do before and after the interview, which I feel shouldnt determine anybody’s candidacy, are very long and stupid in my opinion. Very biased people, in my opinion. Then I came to find out that almost all the current HR people there have something in common: they all have a psychology degree, so it all makes sense now. They almost made me feel like I had the job until I got an email telling me that I was not selected. Then to top it off, I got another email about 2 or 3 months later again telling me I wasnt selected, which I found very pointless and awkward. Not sure if that’s an automated email message or not, but it was just weird. Overall negative experience. I feel like they mostly hire certain groups of people with certain backgrounds. I feel like they wasted my time.

I received an email from someone in their HR department to schedule a call to talk about the position. Scheduled the call and it never came. Reached out via email to the person I was supposed to talk to and got no response. A few days later I received an automated email from the company saying “We ended up moving forward with another candidate, but we’d like to thank you for talking to our team and giving us the opportunity to learn about your skills and accomplishments.” Which is obviously a lie because I never talked to someone. The fact that the woman who I initially scheduled my call with doesn’t even have the decency to respond after I spent time preparing for the phone call is a disgrace. Just another employer who treats applicants like dirt. I wouldn’t waste your time applying here.

Basic interview. The manager asks what your experience is and what you did at your last job. He also asks situational questions " what would you do if".... Overall it was not difficult if you have experience.
