I was sent a coding exercise to submit in my own time. After that I had a tech phone interview lasting about an hour. I passed both, and was offered the role, and I accepted. But the offer was then retracted a day later for budgetary reasons, so whilst this review says that I accepted the offer, I didn't end up working with KCom. KCom have now done this twice to me; offered a position and then retracted the offer. Friendly HR and tech personnel, but maybe KCom needs to be more aware of their budgets before making offers.
