J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez KPFF (Seattle, WA) en févr. 2019
Entretien
I had an hour-long phone interview with an established structural engineer, then was invited for an in-person interview. They reimbursed my flights and hotel. I sat down with two PMs and went over company culture and projects. Then we went through my resume together, followed by an interactive technical portion, where they would draw out a scenario and I would have to draw loads acting on the element, or shear and moment diagrams, or how I would place reinforcement in the beam, general overarching stuff like that.

Question 1
Q: What do you specifically want to go over on your resume? What do you see as the most important?
Applied online. They got back to me for an interview 2 weeks later. They asked basic technical questions so study for those. The interviewers were really nice and they helped if you didn't understand something.

The interviewers first introduce the culture and the environment of the office, then have a set of technical problems, includes steel and concrete design and basic statics. After finishing the problems, you will need to discuss your answer with them. Finally, there are some behavior questions.

Question 1
Why you want to apply for the company and why should they hire you. Technical questions are not difficult but I suggest you do go over some basic concept before the interview.

Fair and typical questions you would expect, followed by a structural quiz covering basic topics of structural analysis and design. Not a difficult interview I would say, which was done by the principal of the location's office.
