I think you had 50 minutes for this. 1. Very quickly read through all the information and make sure you understand who is who. It helps prevent you from making silly mistakes 2. Accuracy is more important than speed in this exercise. That said make sure you that you do not leave more than 2 questions unanswered. And do not guess. Second part - have an inbox with 2 emails and have to respond providing recommendations. 3. Spend no more than 5 minutes deciding what you want to do. 4. Spelling, Spelling, Spelling - do not make a mistake and ensure you check you emails for mistakes.
