Entretien
There was One on One interviews with the Program Chair, Director of Education and Executive Director. After that there is a mock teach where given a subject you have to come up with a 5 minute presentation. In that time you will explain the subject to a room of staff as you would be a class of students. At that point they choose to hire but contingent upon passing an online instructor training that is provided.
You must complete 3 observations before you can teach but these observations can occur the same day by spending 1 hour each in three concurring classes.

I was asked about previous work experiences and any training I had given.was quick and precise.Very professional place to work it seems.Everyone has been nice and helpful the whole time I have been there.

Entretien
The first interview consists of a five minute presentation on a topic from your field. The presenter can use Powerpoint ,but the panel preferred a presentation without it . I did a Powerpoint presentation and printed the slides for the panels review.
After the presentation, there was an informal interview. Many of the questions referred to cultural diversity and teaching strategies. The entire process took approximately thirty five minutes.

Submitted application though Jobing.com. HR specialist with Jobing forwarded application to campus HR. Campus HR forwarded to hiring manager (program chair). Program chair called for a brief phone interview, set up in person interview. Once successful in person intervew, scheduled mock teach. Hired.
