    An HR recruiter reached out to me in September and had two interviews with me and hour each and then had me do a presentation for two people and then I never heard back from anyone. I emailed her twice and no answer. Then I was reached out to by another recruiter and she got the first recruiter to email me and say I was "still in the running." Then another HR executive reached out with no knowledge I had been spoken to before and interviewed me for an hour ago and set me up for another interview. Then I never heard anything. I emailed him twice with no response. Then (five months later) a fourth HR recruiter reached out and started all over again. I told him I had interviewed before and he apologized and said there was no information on my in the system. He got the first recruiter from the first interview to reach out to me and offer another interview and another presentation.

    I had an initial phone call with a corporate recruiter that was fantastic! After the phone interview we scheduled an in person interview. The in person interview was about 15 minutes.

    I had a very unpleasant experience interviewing with Kaseya. I exchanged several emails with one of their recruiters, eventually setting up a phone call. I took time away from my current job to make sure I was available for her call and she ditched the phone call. Then, the only reason she eventually reached out was because I reached out to remind her of the call. She emailed me back saying she could reschedule, blaming Kaseya for the missed interview, and didn't offer the slightest apology or mention of accountability on her part. It's unfortunate that I'm not able to mention the name of the interviewer in this due to Glassdoors policies; she must have known I wouldn't be able to and that's the reason she took no accountability in missing the call and not taking responsibility. I told her I didn't wish to reschedule and I didn't appreciate the lack of accountability on her part, and instead of sending over an apology, she decided to ignore the email and I haven't heard from her since.

    Fortunately, I am allowed to mention higher level executives. After reaching out to a lower level manager who apologized but also made excuses for the interviewer, I then reached out to Kaseya's Chief Operating Officer, Joe Smolarski. Joe responded more appropriately by apologizing, and for anyone in Kaseya who cares, he has the name of the interviewer in question. To this day, I have yet to receive an appropriate acknowledgment or apology from the interviewer, which is what lead to this review. After reaching out to her, one of her bosses, and the COO, I still don't hear anything from her, then as far as I'm concerned that more then warrants a negative review.

    I went they multiple rounds of interviews. Two HR screening calls, one call with a sales manager, an on-site interview that was canceled when I was five minutes away, an on-site interview with the interviewer walking out because he felt I was not at the stage I was supposed to talk to him (I spoke with three other managers after the walkout), a phone interview with the manager that walked out, the COO and finally the CEO. This process took a month.

    When it comes to companies, Kaseya makes the Los Angeles Lakers look like their organizational chart is perfect. I was interviewed by a recruiter which mentioned that I would be ideal for the Sales position. I came in and was scheduled for three interviews in one day. The first person I met asked me if I was a hunter or a farmer. This made no sense to me. I did not apply for a job in agriculture. The second person I met asked me why I applied to Kaseya. He said that knowing about Kaseya was not important. The two males which interviewed me were atrocious.

    Initial phone screen by company recruiter asked basic job history questions.

    Second phone screen by Vice President asked more detailed job history questions as well as asked how I would handle several management scenarios.

    Third interview was a video conference with two senior engineers. First half of the interview was questions about job history and management scenarios. Second half was very technical. Most were easily handled, but a few were much more technical than expected for a management position and very database centric.

    • The most difficult question was complicated (and had a 15 minute deadline), but was close to the following: Develop an algorithm in pseudo code for finding the largest group of numbers with a value greater than all other numbers (i.e. 3,4,5,5,5,2,5,5,3).     Be extremely patient, the recruiter and all other phone interviewers will warn you that it's a long drawn out TEDIOUS interview process - purposed to identify not only skills but cultural fit. In summary, it's overkill and considering company size totally unnecessary. The larger brand-name tech companies don't go this far. I experienced (8+) phone interviews throughout 2.5mos exchanged with an array of upper management which was all fruitful and engaging conversations on background, experience, and what I bring to the table.

    Finally, I was privileged with an onsite interview by the first person who conducted my initial phone interview only to learn I was not a good fit due to my background. The tedious interviewing process is flawed, it's sole design meant to weed out the obvious which clearly did not work and discards peer evaluation during the 8 plus phone conversations. In short, I wasted my personal time as well as theirs but, I blame their own process which screams desperately for one owner with complete accountabile structure to source talent with a more strategic process and approach.

    My recommendations, you have a fine product and your interview process should be revised. In turn, it lowers operational costs of VP's and Directors time and keeps the potential candidate focused and can prevent them from losing interest.

    First got contacted via email by an HR Partner requesting to chat over the phone. The initial call was very short and felt a little rushed. A week goes by and there’s no word from the HR Partner, so I email the HR Partner asking for an update and then the HR Partner decides to have a second chat.

    The second chat went well, and I then had a phone interview with the Marketing Programs Manager located in the Waltham, MA office. The Marketing Programs Manager was very nice and she was helpful in explaining the role (lasted ~30 mins). A week later, I had an interview with the Sr. Director of Marketing Program located in Tampa, FL. She was also nice and we had a good conversation regarding my role and experience (lasted ~45 mins.)

    Two weeks after the phone interview with the Sr. Director of Marketing Program, I received a generic email saying they’ve decided not to move forward with my candidacy.

    Overall, the interviewing experience wasn’t terrible. I’d suggest that the company focuses on hiring a little faster. The entire process took 7 weeks, and that can easily discourage candidates. I’d also suggest that the HR Partners send a personal email to candidates they’ve spoken to more than once versus sending a generic email. We are all humans, and a personal touch goes a long way!

    first interview is on the phone. the second one is in person. they ask you to go to their main office to speak to the management team. everyone is very friendly. very welcoming. if they like you they will hire you within a couple of hours

    They call me and started asking me about my experience, places I worked, etc,. The asked me those tricky questions of: your strenght, weakness, why we should hire you, etc. And then I had an interview in the company.
    The HR was really nice and polite, shes a good person. I didn´t find the overall experience as hard as I thought it would be
