Fairly natural and conversational interview process. Was pretty simple, essentially involving a self-introduction and going over my resume, then we moved on to the position's responsibilities and logistics. Interview was conducted by team supervisor.

There were several rounds of 15minute interviews. Candidates had a schedule to meet with different departments. Sometimes there were 2 people interviewing and sometimes it was just 1 on 1. All asked basic questions like why you're interested.

The interviewee was on-time for the interview session. Interviewee had ask relevant questions and had given great explanation about the company. It was a great and friendly conversation. I'm eager to work in Aspiro!

Reviewed by HR then hiring manager . They seem to be looking for someone with maybe experience but definitely enthusiasm for wanting to work there. Interviews went much better when I seemed really excited
