Responded to a Craigslist Ad describing the location of the offices and the immediate need for active agents. As a motivated individual, I called and asked for an interview, arrived a few minutes early and then ended up waiting for about an hour as other agents apologized explaining that "He's usually late. Don't take it personally, he probably just got caught in traffic." He finally arrived, no explanation and didn't seem too worried that he had kept me waiting. I had active customers and simply needed a no-fuss office to work with. I didn't need hand-holding, but wanted to make sure that the office and everything was on the up & up.

Meet with broker representative. They then explain the benefits and the pay structure. Then you sign the paperwork. It's a lot of paperwork but a great company because they offer FREE training/ CE classes through their school.
