Long & drawn out. They make you submit a 1 way video with pre screening questions, giving you instructions on lighting & appropriate attire. You submit & have to wait 2 weeks for them to advance to a phone interview with department manager. Then another 10 days for a 4 way Microsoft Teams interview. I wore a professional dress & simple gold chain while interviewers wore sweatshirts & hoodies. Despite all this & 7 yrs of New Home construction experience I didn't get the job. I guess if I wore a tank top I would've gotten the job. Age discrimination suspected. Took almost another week to send a cookie cutter rejection email.
