    First had a call with a recruiter, then a call with principal and I am scheduled for an onsite. Standard questions from HR. Call with principal was about 50 minutes of his questions followed by about 5 minutes for my questions.

    The interview process starts out in the same standard format as most others.
    The first call is with a recruiter, you talk through your resume and some other high level detail questions and they tell you about the company and role. All high level.
    The second interview is with a person who is currently in the same role you are interviewing for. Again, you review your resume, talk a bit deeper about some of the items you talked about then they tell you more detail about the role and company.
    All of this was fairly standard and honestly, kinda easy to get through. No surprises or big gotcha's.

    The last round is in the office. There were three phases, first talking with two people that are in or above your role, then a product critique presentation, and wrapping up with a manager one on one interview.

    The product critique was key here. There will be targetted questions based on your analysis. "You said that this was a problem, how would you fix it or recommend a path to the CEO" sorta item.

    Overall straightforward process. As long as you prepare it is easy.

    The designers that I interviewed with were all welcoming, insightful, and very easy to talk to.

    A 30 minute phone screening with HR. Followed by a 48 hour coding assessment. After the assessment I had a 30 minute phone call with a Technical Principal to review the coding assessment and go over general tech questions. After I was invited onsite for a 1 hour paired programming exercise followed by a 1 hour technical discussion with a Principal Architect.

    I applied for the position online, and within a week I heard back from a recruiter who set up a phone interview. The first interview was pretty standard; just going over your resume and explaining why you're interested in joining the company.

    Pretty soon after that the recruiter set up another phone interview, this time with a Product Consultant. This interview built upon the first interview, digging deeper into my resume. They also asked questions about what my interests were, specifically around emerging tech. This interview was fairly straightforward.

    The next week, I had the final round of interviews which was in office. This round consisted of three interviews:
    1. An interview with two Product Consultants. This interview was like the second interview, digging more into my resume and background experience. It was mostly behavioral questions; nothing out of the ordinary.
    2. The second part was a presentation around critiquing an app. They give you this assignment ahead of time when they schedule the final round, so you have a few days to put this together. This is open-ended as well, so you can go about crafting it anyway you like. You present in front of the two Product Consultants from the first interview and a Product Principal. The presentation is about 10 minutes long, with 5 minutes for questions.
    3. A 1-on-1 interview with the Principal Consultant. This interview pertained more to what your future goals were and how you see yourself contributing to the firm. I found this to be a very enjoyable conversation.

    After the interviews were over, you get a quick tour of the office. They said they would get back to me a few days later with a decision, which they did (very rare that a company actually follows through on this). I was given an offer, and I accepted. Overall, I found the process to be enjoyable. The interviews were pretty laid-back and relaxed, and I appreciated their timely response.

    The interviewer was really patient and seemed totally committed to the interview. I think the key was being concise and clear on what your +'s and -'s are. Be honest and you will get through.

    Don't waste your time. They scheduled me for 3+ hours of video interviews, and then decided to reject me without any notes or explanation. I took a day of PTO to be able to participate. The recruiter wouldn't even use his corporate email address to explain the rejection, even though he used it frequently through the interview process.

    Shortly after my application was submitted I received a call from a recruiter and after a brief discussion I was instructed to complete a technical challenge.

    The challenge was fun and interesting, it gave me a taste for the type of work that I would likely be doing at Solstice.

    After I completed the challenge I had a phone interview with one of the tech leads at Solstice. We discussed my background, the solution I came up with for the technical challenge, and we talked about Solstice.

    Finally I had an in person interview that was split up into two blocks. One with two of the lead consultants and one with a higher up. Both discussions went well, we discussed my background in depth and I was asked to come up with solutions to a couple of design and coding problems.

    Over all the experience was very positive. Everyone at Solstice was kind, honest, and genuinely seemed to want to help me succeed throughout the interview process.

    The first round was recruiter screening, soon after the first round I got the coding challenge which I solved in a couple of days and sent to the recruiter.

    Third round was 2 hrs technical video interview with three people. In the first hour interviewer asked wide range of questions from cloud computing to Core Java to Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring AOP, core Java etc.

    Next hour was more kind of behavioural round, where two people asked different scenario based questions.

    Finally after couple of days, I got offer letter.
