I applied online from their website. I got an interview through the website and called to make sure of it. The interview date was changed on the phone because the HR was busy. After the interview. HR said they would call me on a specific date. Never did. I waited 1 week to call and the HR was busy again. Then I called 2 weeks after that and she told me to come in for a drug test. And a week and a half later I started working. It was a long process :/ A whole month actually!

Describe a situation in which you completed a goal and how.
It was a typical interview with a manager at the store. It was not too hard and not too easy. I would consider working here later on but not right now because of health issues.

simple. behavioral questions asking how you'd handle situations, a lot of questions about handling conflict and ethics and things along those lines. it was simple and easy to navigate,don't need much practice for most of them.
