Entretien
I applied online and filled out my basic information and took an assessment test. After the test, I was finished with the online app and was offered times and dates for a scheduled interview. I picked the date and had my interview. After the first interview, I was called back two days later for a second interview, and then I was told I got the job and had an orientation where I was given a tour of the building and watched some videos about Rewards Cards and Kmart in general.

When was a time where you were successful above most others in an event?
It was a typical interview with a manager at the store. It was not too hard and not too easy. I would consider working here later on but not right now because of health issues.

simple. behavioral questions asking how you'd handle situations, a lot of questions about handling conflict and ethics and things along those lines. it was simple and easy to navigate,don't need much practice for most of them.
