I applied online and was contacted by HR for an in person interview less than a week later. The interview was only about 10 minutes long, but it was very to the point and I felt it was easy to gauge how well I was doing. My interviewer was a manager and not only was she friendly, but she also introduced me to another manager who was in charge of the department I would work for.

I had a remotely easy interview process that went pretty quick. They asked the average questions, but the pay was not the best so I did not go with them.

scheduled Zoom interview TWICE and both times, I waited in appropriate "room" and no one from Kohls "showed up". I even called the local store and asked if I should keep waiting, who ever answered checked and they said yes, they will be right with you. I waited over 30 minutes each time.

Entretien
The interview was completely online, and I spoke with someone from HR. The interview was incredibly short and lacked much substance. The interview consisted of basic questions about when I would be available, but also included a personal question about going out of my way to help somone. All in all, it was a horrible experience.
