Got hired over the phone. No real qualifications needed. They were desperate to hire and it showed when I started. Hectic and messy are the only words to describe this store and the management. One week you will work crazy hours and the next have no hours. This place is a joke.
Short but still good experience to have for a beginner in interviewing. There are a lot of people to meet so that you can make your skills of speaking up to par.
Easy, over the phone and about 30 minutes long. The store manager asked questions about my background, what would I do if xyz happened, what I would do if a end cap was messy, how would I contribute to making the store look good.

A round table style, group interview process with the manager and other candidates. Afterwards, on the same day, they did the one on one interviews. After about a week later I received an offer, which I accepted.
