It was a structured interview and working interview was well put together. In addition, I was provided with feedback on each step of the interview which was helpful. In all, it was a positive interview experience.

multiple choice based dental knowledge test
Job offer was given to me on same day as interview, I had 3 days to accept or forfeit the job offer.
First day on the job started about 45 days after I accepted the position.
