Questions d'entretien chez Kymera Therapeutics

Two of the interviewers asked questions for a completely different role, and were reminded by me a few times in the middle, as well as when most of the interview time had passed. I had the impression that one of the interviewers feels insecure; he was a key decision maker, but not the hiring manager. He seemed to evaluate me as a rival/opponent and talked in condescending tone, and tried hard to destructively criticize my achievements. It was such a red flag. I haven't had the chance to get more internal insight from their organization, but it might tell what their culture may look like. I won't recommend working there. Edit: I just went through the reviews by their employees and saw a director's firsthand experience of tolerance for passive aggressive behavior and backstabbing. I wish I had read them before, so I was not so enthusiastic and put much energy into the process.

Did multiple 1:1 interviews over a couple weeks, then got ghosted by hiring manager even though I felt everything went pretty well. New position opened up and they wanted to talk to me about it, but I had moved on at that point.

Only had an initial phone "interview", which immediately made me concerned about proceeding with the company at all. The HR rep was rude and disparaging. Honestly was just surprised by her lack of professionalism and it made me very apprehensive about the culture of the company. I wasn't asked any questions about my experiences, background, or what I could contribute to the role.

Interviews with HR, hiring manager, then presentation and meet with people in the team. Overall bad experience. This company doesn’t show any respect to candidates. It’s okay to make rejection, buy please show your respect.
