I applied to several positions online all over the city, and after a month I was called to attend an interview in 2 weeks time. I went to the interview that was held at head office in mississauga, and had to sign in, dress professional, be on time etc. I was taken upstairs to a 1:2 interview. 2 interviewers, 1 man, 1 woman, and myself. It lasted about 15 mins, then almost 3 weeks later I was called by the branch manager that was going to be my new boss offering me a position, and instructing me to go to the one day training.
phone call from recruiter and then interview answers sent to manager. easy questions about basic customer service like describe a time you had to deal with an upset customer or what does customer service mean to you.

I was called in for a panel interview in the regional office. They asked general questions about my retail work experience and went through my resume. This was during the holiday season. I was being interviewed for the part time role, not seasonal worker.

During covid phone interviews were mandatory. The interview process was pretty straight forward. The recruiter asked if I was available to meet the companies minimum scheduling requirements. they asked if i was able to preform physical duties such as lifting, bending, pushing 30-50kg.
