Came in, had interview with Manager. Asked me some general interview questions and then asked me to describe using an ATM to someone. Afterwards, they described what the typical day would be like and the product that is being supported since it was a contract job. Also, asked my hours of availability for the position.

Brief interview. Asked about technical skills and the common computer troubleshooting. Asked about phone skills as you'll be on the phone all day taking inbound calls. Gave scenarios and asked how I would handle customer requests/demands.
