After an initial conversation with HR to go over my goals, what I was looking for, and LeanIX as a company, I completed a CCAT test and was promptly contacted again by HR. A phone screen was setup by the Director of Sales Engineering, a very honest and valuable conversation. We then setup an onsite interview with the Managing Director of the US, another very honest conversation going over the direction of the company, culture, opportunity, and of course questions asked to me. Over the next week or two we handled negotiating my offer and signing it. Overall an extremely easy and seamless interview experience, which I am thankful for.

A recruitment agency reached out to me on LinkedIn, quick call with them. They set up a quick phone interview with the hiring manager. This was followed by an on site interview in their WeWork office in the financial district of Boston (they were in the process of moving to Watertown). I had 30 min interviews with the Sales Director, the hiring manager (Director of Sales Engineering ~2 months into the job), and a Sales Engineer. I was also supposed to be interviewed by the Managing Director, but he had a conflict, so I had more time with the SE. Overall pretty straightforward process and they are trying to find people ASAP. They told me the next step would be a technical presentation. I had to pay $42 dollars for parking at the location.
