Interview with VP of International Markets, VP of Product and CTO While its advertised that no professional blockchain experience is needed, and that they certainly look for passionate people about the ecosystem, bare in mind the CTO will definitely push back if you cant answer questions about the blockchain. That's a bit bad of an experience as you will only get these technical questions at the very very end. If you apply for this or similar roles, be sure to check all the types of blockchains, types of transaction validations and be ready to answer infrastructure level answers. I didn't get an offer at the end as my blockchain knowledge was not enough for the last interview. HR was kind enough to provide feedback and was great during the entire process.

Quite a few interviews speaking with other managers, stakeholders and your future boss. Not hard. It's clear that ledger is not a software company and struggles there, it's quite traditional in organisation with strong hierarchy and very french - it's all about people relationships. Quite stingy in budgets despite the big revenues. CTO on the macho show off side, not inspiring, I guess the title builds the ego. Cherry on the cake the weird questions in the end... the only thing left is to ask how many basket balls can fit in a room.
