After completing the online application the companies recruiter emailed me to schedule a phone interview. The next step was a video interview with two Regional Interior Design Managers. Next, they asked me to put together a mood board/design presentation showcasing my skills and style. Next, a AutoCAD test to prove I understood the basics of the program. Finally, an in-person interview with the manager I’d be reporting to and the Director.
