I was recruited through a online job site. I received an email to schedule an interview. I had a face to face interview with the current manager. I then had a second interview with the District Manager over the phone. I was offered the job after the interview. Overall it was pretty laidback interview process.

Using the now retired online AI to submit my resume and schedule an interview. I then reported to the interview only to have the manager not be aware he was interviewing someone. He had no questions prepared and asked questions on the spot. He did not take notes. He offered me a job on the spot and then had me interview over video call with the District Manager who got back to me 3 days later and was late for the video call.
